  • Your Best Year Ever is an online digital course that can be completed at your own pace towards a better life.

  • Each membership includes unlimited access to YBYE’s online course, resources, and workbooks for the duration of your membership.

  • YBYE is designed to follow the progression of this program through Getting Started to Celebrating Transformation.

    New courses will be added to supplement your growth.

  • As long as you maintain your membership, you will retain access to Your Best Year Ever.

    We recommend you download the worksheets by saving your assessment results to a space you can access again in the future. If you’d like to download the videos you can do so.

  • Please remember this is on your timeline.

    Generally, it takes 6 months or less to complete the program and to get the most out of the lessons.

  • Absolutely! We have a network of Coaches that support YBYE Clients who are familiar with the program. These coaches can help you work through any roadblocks.

    Participants that have purchased the annual membership can access our team of coaches at a discounted rate for 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions.

  • Your Best Year Ever will release varying new courses, resources, videos, assessments, workbooks, and other items that will support your continued development.

  • You do not need any prior background or knowledge to begin Your Best Year Ever. You just need a willingness to take the time to reflect and to be honest with yourself.

  • The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information You provide except as set forth in this Agreement. As a condition of participating in the Program, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other Program participants and to respect the Company’s confidential information.

    Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other Program participants outside of the bounds of the Program unless you receive express written permission from such other participant to share the information. Similarly, the content of the Program contains the Company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, and other information. You hereby agree not to share the information provided to You in the Program with anyone other than the Company, its owners and employees, and other Program participants.

  • The Company provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for the Program for all Annual Membership fees. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:

    A full refund is issued for the remaining months in their annual membership less an administrative fee of $29.99 CAD.

    To claim a refund, email helpdesk@yourbestyearever.ca with your request and reason for canceling your membership. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

    If you receive a refund of any purchase through this satisfaction guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses and memberships granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.

  • The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Program and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, if You become disruptive to the Company or other Program participants, if You fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if You otherwise violate this Agreement. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees and shall not be excused from any remaining payments under a payment plan in the event of such termination.

  • All memberships renew either monthly or annually, depending on your membership.

    If you purchased an Introductory Membership, then you will renew at full price when the term of your membership expires.

    If at any time your payment is declined, then your Membership will be canceled until a payment is processed.

Pricing & Payment

  • If you live in Canada, you will be charged GST.

    There will be no taxes charged on transactions for Customers outside of Canada.

  • The currency used for Your Best Year Ever memberships and products is Canadian.

  • We aim to ensure that your learning experience is optimal. If YBYE isn't the right fit for you, we will gladly provide a full refund within 30 days from the date of your annual membership purchase.

    Please email us at help@yourbestyearever.ca and we will complete the refund for you.

  • If you wish to discontinue, you can terminate the renewal of your membership via your account page.

    * Please be aware that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.

    1. Login to your Customer Account

    2. Click the subscription you want to cancel, scroll down, and then click Cancel subscription.

    3. Click Confirm.

    *Note: Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order. You will need to contact Your Best Year Ever separately to request a refund for the 30 day guarantee offered with an annual membership.

    **If you purchased the Introductory Monthly membership then you will need to contact us at helpdesk@yourbestyearever.ca.

  • We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and unexpected changes happen. Please reach out to us at helpdesk@yourbestyearever.ca if you wish to delay your next renewal and pause your membership.
